M2M TradeHub operates as a B2B discovery and supplier directory facilitating commercial business-to-business introductions. M2M TradeHub is not an intermediary, retailer, escrow agent, or party to any commercial sales contract entered into between buyers and vendors.
All suppliers seeking to publish listings must provide accurate legal business credentials, including valid GSTIN, business address, and designated point of contact. Providing fraudulent or misleading registrations will result in immediate profile suspension and removal of listings.
Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that all published minimum order quantities (MOQ), product specifications, and imagery represent authentic goods and do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights.
Communication initiated via phone dialer, WhatsApp links, or RFQ formatting is conducted directly between the buyer and the vendor. Both parties agree to maintain professional commercial standards and comply with applicable anti-spam and business telecommunications regulations.
M2M TradeHub provides the directory on an "as-is" basis. While M2M TradeHub performs administrative review on supplier registrations, buyers are strongly encouraged to execute their own standard commercial due diligence, inspection of goods, and formal contracting prior to releasing payments.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service periodically. Continued usage of the marketplace after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
